odesyus, you seam to be speaking with sense. If orcoon is your leader, i would advice so that you will be speaking for your guild there. Simply because you do know what you are writing, not to offend orcoon, but if its how he normally writes, he must have big problems to RP there, it is with a random PS player.
It would much more enhoable, if you were explainig thing there...
But remember that RPing is the most important aspect in this game, there are things you can go around and some were pointed out there and others you will soon learn if you will be listening. Helping newbies is often coliding with RP, because they often has no idea about RPng. Its a fact, most of people don't really know what is RPing and a lot of them aren't capable of RPing, because of various reasons. If you see people not staying long, then it is partially because of this fact. It is not really that all newbies leave, because we are RP freaks (or rather people, who actually knows what it mean). If they leave, it is not only because the game may be hard at first, it is because they don't now how to RP and aren't willing to learn.
Sure we should learn people, but sometimes it is just not worth the efford. But go ahead, educate as may newbies as you can, only can you tell me that they all will respect RP of others? It is not only that OOC spoil some RPing going on, with only its presence, it is that these people will come on forums and start talking complete crap, like they were ever knowing beings... Ok i'm going a bit extreme, but i sometimes get this feeling.
If you people want to lead a guild, do it right. If you come there and advertise yourself, also do it right and don't complain if people yell at you, while the same is happening at their RP. From every post up there you can take off something good. Don't ignore it. People spent their time on writing stuff there and they don't like being ignored unless you like to be ignored in future.
