I do believe one of the more recent additions to the settings team is an exeptional writer who is going to rework the history. Filling in the holes and exanding where needed. I dont see this happening to quick though, because I think the NPC logs and quest logs are the priority, and we all can agree work needs to be done there.

I say the more the marrier   Aply to the settings department.

I'd love to, fellows, but for a little longer I'm gonna have to stick to my fan-work, unless Talad would make an age exception. (Which he wont). Who's the guy who joined? I might wanna meet him. So, for the next year or so, I shall be working on a sort of history, which I will present eventually. But before that, I have a story for Steuben that is not quite ready.

Oh, and I also would be able to do quite a bit of NPC work too. But anyways...

Unless you're just rewording the settings then it will be fiction IC and OOC. You can't just say 'here, this is the new history.'

No no no, parallo. Actually using the current history, and just making more little tidbits that dont conflict with the main story. just to make a cool history that sparks interest in planeshift, I suppose.

A non-settings team member can't write the history. Whatever you write didn't actually happen in Yliakum.

I know. The fan work you do write isn't history though. It's at most mythology.

Yes, all fan work is, if you havent noticed. It would be a mythological history. Also, like i said, if someone high up likes it, or i'm accepted before i write it (Again I most likeley wont be,) Then it would be history. But I shall make my point clear. For now, It is fan work/mythology. Non-Canonical. No the accepted history. etc.

I was making that clear. Mythology is stuff that did not happen. You can write that. History is stuff that did. You can't write that. You said you were adding to the history so naturally I reacted to that as though that is what you ment.
