as your problem ISN'T solved try the following one by one so we know the actual fix;
Ensure you are
NOT running
Windows VistaCheck your game setup to ensure you do not have either of the [Keep All Maps Loaded] and [Load All Maps] options ticked?
Check to make sure your gfx card is OpenGL compliant, most intel chips are not real good with this... EQ and EQ2 both use DX NOT Open GL...
(IMO this is because intell seem to think that there is nothing other than microsoft and therefore focus on the wintel market)Remove your graphix card drivers, turn off the computer and restart it then re-install the drivers and re-boot and then try the game again...
Also you have given very minimal information for us all to work with... whenever posting to a forum it is good to include in your post...
