Yonda Axebow requested two molten iron and 100 trias in order to make a small sculpture for grimal bloodaxe. I gave her the two molten iron, she thanked me and immediately

requested for the 100 trias. At that time the server crashed, before i got a chance to give her the 100 trias. Now she doesn't accept neither the molten iron nor the 100 trias. I

tried going back one or two steps in the quest but there isn't any change. What should i do? Please help me!

Sorry, but welcome to the test lab. ;)
(The information on the webpage is not directly telling you that you are a "lab rat", but that's what you are indeed. The way you can see that, is by reading between the lines in this forum. an that the shortcut to the game is probably named "PlaneShift - Tech Demo").

Use /advisor [ Help ]
If the task is to complicated for the general helpers in the game, (advanced gamers), is usually responding on difficult issues, by telling you that only a GM can help you.

Use /advisor [ Help ] .. and ask for an GM
If nobody else but an GM can help you, ask for help from an GM in game, when you use /advisor [ Help ]
They are probably very busy, but since you have the patience to go back several steps in the mission, you probably also have the patience to wait for a GM respond. ;)

Petitition
I tried using petiton several times when I first started playing. But it seems like your petition doesn't get stored any ways. So it's probably just a chat box for all GM's to see. ..?!?! So don't write a petition and shut down the client and go to bed. That's probably as useful as saying "Hi! :)" in the public chat, when there's nobody around.
Maybe the petitions get stored until reply in v3.019. !?

My experience with getting help, ingame by help of the /advisor [ Help ] is 99% positive.
If you got patience, they always answers nice and politely.
PS: remember to tell everything you think is relevant for your situation before you send the message. Jut writing "Help!" in the help window, is probably not going to get you anywhere.

If your mission is unrecoverable, and you want to do it anyways the only way is unfortunately to create another character.
I messed up, from the beginning, because the client informers you in the beginning that you should not take more then one mission at a time.
I started with a mission that was supposed to give me an interesting item. To be able to complete this mission, I needed an object that was given in another mission. ...
I thought that this is an issue that the game creators had thought of, so to my logics...:
- If I'm supposed to take just one mission at a time, and I'm in a mission who gets solved by doing another mission first.  ..then I'm probably supposed to decline the first mission, and ask for it and get it back later. ..! :)  .. but no!  :(
...So i ended up with the item from the 2nd mission, that I was supposed to give to the man in the 1st mission, but couldn't get the 1st mission back. So I didn't need the Item from the 2nd mission anymore.
I asked an GM about this, an he told me that some times you HAVE to take more than one mission, but it's not recommended, because some missions use the same NPCs, and doing several missions simultaneously, can clutter up the conversation and responds from the NPCs.
..so I ended up making a new Char, a mission runner. ;)

You're basically screwed.  You need a high level dev to go into your character and screw around with your quest log, and they don't help us out like that.

Well Thanks for the immediate answers!

I will try to find a GM. Creating a new character and losing all my stats and items doesnt sound too good to me. What do you mean by saying mission runner? Is there a way to have a character only for quests or to transfer the stats to a new character? Well i did a petition but even if someone reads it, where will he contact me?

I have heard that some quests from bd are required to enter the winch. Is this one of them? If it isn't then it might as well stay uncompleted.

Maybe the devs should create an option to restart a quest and not just discard it. I think this would solve a lot of problems.

You don't get very much "stats" from doing missions.
You can create a new char wthtout deleting the old one.
If you want to transfer item's from one char to another, you go to a safe spot, ..drop stuff, ..log on with the other char and pick up stuff. (This is a little bit risky business, because some times the test server goes down and changes happens. And also if other characters find your stuff before you get back).

The great benefit of having a "mission runner", is that you know the quest in advance, and you don't have to mess up important quest's with your main char. ;)

Well i meant i dont want to undergo all the training again to make my new character strong. But i get what you mean now. Test the quests with the ''mission runner'' then safely do it with the normal character. Anyway, I only worry about quests because of the winch thing. Otherwise i don't care if i complete them or not.

I have spoken to other players who have just taken the quest and they all have they same problem. Yonda axebow doesn't accept  the molten iron. So it seems it is a general problem and the quest can not be completed. Since it is not my personal problem i would like to request for a GM to look into the matter and fix it

GMs cannot fix any quest related issues. Settings team members however can try to give it a look to determine the problem.
Judge: Are you trying to show contempt for this court, Mr Smith?
Smith: No, My Lord. I am attempting to conceal it.

I have had the same problem with this Quest and another one too.
After MANY and MANY tries i was able to go on with the mission and i tell you how...
When you go to Yonda, before talking to her, open the "give" menu and put the molten irons in it, without conferming the trade yet.
Then talk to Yonda... BEFORE she tells that she needs 2 molten irons and 100 trias, click to confirm the trade of the 2 molten irons, and that's it! She accept them!  :D   At least it worked for me that way...  ::)

This way i could move on in another stuck quest: Chrosor Soran has difficulties training.
When you talk to Brado about weakness he says many things and then he asks if you want to help him and you have to answer Yes, but when you say Yes he doesn't understand. But if you say: about weakness and immediately after you say Yes, without waiting for Brado's dialogue to appear, he will accept your cofirmation and the quest will move on.

But now i'm facing a similar problem with another quests, and this time my "method" doesn't work :(
In the quest: Lorytia Starhammer and the Clan reunion, when you return to Trasok with the letter of apology, he needs iron ingot and gold ingot, but he doesn't accept them... The problem this time consists that there isn't a dialogue that triggers Trasok's request for ingots, but he requests them when you give him the letter... so i'll need another letter of apology to trigger his request again and quickly give him ingots. But how to obtain a new letter??? I tried to talk to Lorytia again but she doesn't give me another one, so this time i think i'm really stuck... If anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated!
Ty and sorry for the length...   :sweatdrop:

I will try your trick waerund and see if it works for me too! I have gone in too much trouble for this quest to let it uncompleted :P. I would also like to thank GM Rennaj for answering  my petition in game and confirming that the quest is indeed broken. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

As for the ''Lorytia Starhammer and the Clan reunion'' quest, I think I know how to solve your problem. Try giving trasok first the gold ingot and then the iron one! Don't give them together or he wont accept them. I hope this works for you.

The great benefit of having a "mission runner", is that you know the quest in advance, and you don't have to mess up important quest's with your main char.

Be careful with this. Some quests have more than one ending. Knowing the quest in advance might prevent you from experiencing the best option for your character.

Well, I am trying to complete this quest, and I tried what you said, but it didn't work for me.  Instead, Brado just interrupts his spiel to say "can you please clarify", and then just keeps repeating that after finishes when I try to answer.

I haven't found a way to continue yet.

I already tried in every way... gold first, iron first, both together... but nothing. It's the same problem as the other quests. :(

Let me know if that trick worked for you too ;)

I had the same problem with the "Clan reunion" quest.
The only way I found to unstick the quest was to give the next item Trasok wants (a mug of beer).
(sorry if it spoils the quest but it is for the good cause).  :sweatdrop:
PS: I completed the following bugtracker entry to notify the problem but don't know if someone read it (because status is closed): http://www.hydlaa.com/bugtracker/bug.php?op=show&bugid=2465&pos=20

For the Grimal statue, I will try your tip ! Thank you ...
