So did Tharos and he's not bragging, now is he!

Good luck Lokter.

You can follow the links to the Dark Empire website and forums, as well as the Imperial Guard forums on the first post of this thread. There you can find loads of information about us.

Jobs you'll have to do vary from escorts, standing guard, patrolling for criminals to actively hunting down criminals or participating in military missions. Whenever you don't have tasks to do you can spend your time freely but I suggest keeping your combat (and roleplay) skills up to date.

P.S.: Have you been online already? Because I haven't seen you around the time you mentioned so far? (won't be able to get on much today until late in the evening GMT though.)

Like Aregul said, we all have things that cut into our game time. It's not a problem at all so you don't have to be sorry. ;) Real life always comes in the first place.

Between the two of us, we are online fairly often. I myself am on in the evenings mostly (EST), Hwnae covers a different timezone. Message one of us, or both of us on the Guard Forums when you can be online, and between the two of us, we'll be there.

Hey kid, just be happy you're not in college and working...

As for the rest, although it didn't suit Phinehas, I'm sure there's no better organization than the DE to join... Even if Sangwa's a little too much of a softy to be a chancellor...

* Hwnae approaches the Lemur and looks down at his bad leg with a grin.

"Are you calling our Chancellor a softy? Sounds like betrayal to the Dark Empire in my ears. You're under arrest! Men, get him out of my sight and into the darkest dungeon we have."

(P.S.: for those without any sense of humor .. I'm joking :P

Oh and who is Tassadar? The only Tassadar I know is from the game Starcraft. Aregul used to serve in the Vaalguard under Tyrnal Relhorn and the Community of Vaalnor. He retired from there and chose to join the Imperial Guard instead. With his military history he was immediately spotted as a valuable recruit.)

The icon must be loved. The Hierarchy chain  ensures that members cooperate with the strict conduct and laws of the Empire. It has worked, considering we have been around since before anyone else, that we have grown and that we currently have lots of members and projects, such as the Imperial Guard. If you take into consideration that a good part of our members have played PS for one or more years, you can also deduce that being part of the DE makes the game interesting enough to stick around.

By the way, the Steel Force, and subsequently the Imperial Guard, is currently the only Force detaining an unchanged structure after the new Imperial Force autonomy policy. Just a curiosity, so people have some idea of how the Empire was structured before, how its Forces have changed and how the Imperial Guard is a well of history.

There was a kran named tassadar, who was a member of Vaalnor.

He was Archon's alt I believe.

Zan would know.

And allow me to quote Myself.

Its easy to spot an imperial, even though its been a while since I was in there, I still know the requirements to be an imperial, so they stick out quite easily

First Requirement: Be a complete narcissistic ass who thinks their guild is the only good one.

Second Requirement: Love to argue, and complain.

Third Requirement: Be very inactive, and only stay online for limited amounts of time, and 80% of your online time should be spent standing around doing nothing, the rest of the 20% left should be spent loafing on the main PS forums remembering the 'good' days of PS, and trolling other member's posts.

Thats in regard to phinehas' statement. Comments like that annoy me, and provoke me to make such comments about the guild as a whole.

Really sangwa and hwnae are the only DE members I have ever met who don't think they're the best thing since sliced bread... I like that

Hehe, that quote sounds like a jealous way of calling the Imperials confident and smart. The third remark is obviously outdated though.

While I'm really glad we are discussing the Empire as a whole, and while it's partly my fault for having continued on the subject, I would point to the Dark Empire's Promotional Thread so that it can be used for that purpose. Further discussion that fails to cope with what I have requested here will be erased.

EDIT: Thank you for the compliment Earl.
