OK! thank you all for replying! Now im going to edit the ones that i have created and throw away some of the ones that I dont like. We will focus on developing the good ideas. Hopefully the devs will finally use some fan based material.
1. The ability to run towns. Towns, houses, and other buildings will be only created in areas that are defined as player inhabitable. This way you cannot build everywhere, and clutter up the planes. A player can choose from a list of different pre-made houses. The player must hire a \"builder\" to construct the building unless he is a builder himself. The player will have to then pay the builder with money, of course, and the construction will begin! As for building whole towns a person, who is considerably wealthy or is working with a group of other people, possibly a guild, must first define the boundaries of the town in an area that has been plotted out as \"player inhabitable\". First if there are going to be walls constructed on the boundaries of his town they will be built. Then the players must advertise their new town, most commonly this will be done before the construction. Finally, People will begin to populate their town... hopefully anyways.
2. The ability to get married and have children. This would be fun and increase Role-Play. I am DEFINITELY NOT saying that there should be sex or anything like it in this game! When a couple get married a random amount of time will pass and they will have a baby just pop right into their home (I REALLY dont want to have a mother go into labor in a game, thats why I\'d rather have it just \"pop\" there). The baby will age and be an NPC all his life (poor thing... lol). Before you can get married to anyone you must have some sort of home, which can be anything ranging from a small shack to whatever PS accomadates, I say this because I dont see the need for much restrictions on getting married in the game. Here is an example, there is a couple who plan on getting married, they are both rogues and neither own a home. So they can just buy or make a small house to live in.
3. People who are creating a character can choose whether or not to become a child of someone. When a character chooses to be a child of someone, that child will have to be about 17 years old, or so, before it can be occupied by a player character. He will be able to change his characters name once he becomes that child, if he really wants to. The idea of being the child of a character is quite intersting becuase you will be able to say \"I am Aragorn of Arathorn\" or whatever your name and your fathers name is. At this age the \"Father\" has no control of his \"Son\" and the player character can go whenever he wants.
4. Characters age. When creating a character you can choose an age from 15, or so, to 30. The character would then age at a set rate, the character will not age like the real world does because that is way too long. For an example it would be like this: A character is created at the age of 17, every 2 months he ages a year. In 12 real life years your character would be 89 game years old. Of course there are many PS races that do not allow death of age like the elves, kran, and any other races that are similar to these. Sure you are thinking \"ya, like i want to be an old man who cant walk a block without having a stroke.\", but that will not happen because the magical properties of the crystal rejuvenate the strenght of all peoples, allowing them to age and grow old yet still be strong.
5. unique and advanced house and castle creation process. This could be done a number of ways, I know nothing about coding and such but im going to give a basic idea of how this might be done. A custom house or custom castle might be possible to create using a grid like blueprint program. The user would create a each floor of his house or castle one at a time. Good examples of this are found here:

Hopfully we can now develope on these ideas that have been expanded, and continue to expand them.
