They are already in-game. Look for them :)

Hmmm.  Okay, but there are no "no littering" signs in game, but we're not supposed to do that.  There are no "Dispose of Trash Here" signs, though, either.  Why should a trash can require a quest to find it.  ???

But thank you for the answer.  I will look for them.

Well, this is what I think:
-Since littering is forbidden everywhere, no signs would be needed to specifically indicate so. If you live in Yliakum, you know.
-Since littering is forbidden everywhere, you'd obviously know the places where you are allowed to. No sign would be specifically needed.

And I would recommend to enter the ducts and place the items at the bottom of them, since that would happen if you would throw them in. Best would be to contact a GM, but I think that's pushing it. If I have items in surplus, I just give them to some noob (there are always plenty) or dump them in my guild repository.

Obviously.  :'(

But, you know, some NPC could be made to tell you in the Tutorial. Although I think there are more pressing issues than "Where do I put my useless items?" at the moment. Then perhaps a follow-up quest to the tutorial. Or put it in the FAQ. But then people don't ever read a FAQ. Hmm.

Read it.  Along with all the other incomplete documentation here, as well as the thousand posts for information that are only answered with "ask someone in game".

Sorry.  I know what you guys are trying to do, but seriously, some of us have not played this day in and day out for years and talked back and forth with the developers about every possible subject.  If it's not in game, it didn't happen.
