He strides along to Hydlaa plaza and stands on the rim of the fountain, he smiles and looks out to the people. He speaks in a deep soothing voice that spreads into the crowd.)

(some people turn and begin to listen, whilst many others completely ignore him)
Comrades! I come from a lower level of Yliakum, I come bringing nought but my beliefs!
We must rise my friends! Fight off the shackles of an Oppressive government! Follow me and follow Boolrah!
(some people roll there eyes at yet another religious zealot and continue on, whilst others listen intently)
Comrades! The Octarchy are ruining our beautiful Yliakum! They spread the Lies of false gods and force all to fall under one government!
(A couple of Octarchal guards looks with suspicion on him as he speaks, slowly moving closer to the fountain. He seems not to care of their presence.)
Comrades! There is but one true god! He is Boolrah! The great falcon!!! He believes in the peoples rights!!! He will liberate us from a people who oppress us!
To my friends who follow the path of Dark Flame! I beseech you, join me in striving for a world without such persecutions for faith. (A large number of guards begin to move in on him but he flees, he goes into hiding.)

He orders a mug of Liquor and drinks slowly. A small dwarf child stands cheerily by the bar and talks happily with the adults. Manachi smiles and hands the young child a bowl of soup.)
Manachi: What is your name little comrade?
Dwarf: Valiki sir...

[I know that , but that was a LONG LONG LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG Time ago I'm pretty sure that isn't happening anymore.
Also that doesn't explain why these Diaboli would have knowledge about yliakum and it's government.]
