Interesting find!

Well, since it seemed that RP in general was dying, I decided to challenge myself to find other RP based MMORPG and much to my surprise I found it. I'm not 100% sure on this, but I don't think either of them are up and running yet. At best the second might be. Both games are geared specifically towards RPing. I don't think I will be switching to any other RPing games besides PS but at least others exist.

If RP is dead, and people are leaving, then wouldn't that be the equivalent of euthanasia on a patient that has a chance of recovery?  I say give it chance, wait until the winter months when people aren't lured out by the siren calls of summer.

I didn't see anything on Earth Eternal's website that suggests it promotes RP. Adellion does look conducive to RP though.

But what's good about these 2 sites is that they seem to have very detailed information on the different races and their cultures, and in Earth Eternal's case, a very extensive history. If the Story section of PS's main site ever gets updated, I would love to see the same attention to detail.

Those games both look absolutely amazing, but I'll stick with PS.

The RP's there if you look for it, or try to spark some.

When you first make an account for Illarion it asks you RP questions so it prevents not rpers from playing the game (kindof)
I've never played the game, but it might be fun to try sometime.
There are usually under 30 players online... so its pretty small...

Eternal Earth is meant to be RP I read that on the game's forum. And this thread isn't killing RP since other people keep saying that not starting any RP is what is killing RP .  Besides I just want to see if there were any others out there.

Wow, going through the FAQ, the ideas behind that Adellion game are awesome (no magic, only the human race, no silly fantasy monsters, permanent death, no super-powerful characters, limits on skill grinding, withering skills, no skill numbers, lack of combat focus, etc.)... Might be worth whatever money they'll want for that.

Free in alpha/beta stages maybe but, I was looking around both their sites and one said free BUT, with premium buyable content and the other mentioned something about a fee in the future.
