Let's brake this bit down.

hehe yeah but it isn't written like that for nothing. I didn't concider it mine I just called it that way becuase i though I had the pit for myself not becuase I felt he had no right to attack the free trepor or anything.

Now the part were he talks to you, I want to know did you talk to him on noticing he was there. Because to me so far you have been the one to upset the other player, from what you have said, you did nothing or said nothing to this player, yet you condemn them for not talking to you.^^
So going by your own words, from my point of view

Now you are twisting my words quite a bit. First of I mentioned that him attacking the trepors was not the annoying part, nor was him trying to attack more the the two that I left for him. I mention that becuase I left those two to show him I wanted to share and didn't want to be a hog.
Secondly the three I was attacking were all standing there alive and well when I entered the pit and I didn't use dagger to steal those away in any way. I only noticed him magicing when I targeted number three. I agree it found it strange I had not noticed him before but taking into concideration lag and the point of view of your character I will take his word on that he didn't just log in or something.
Did i target three becuase I was faster at killing the trepors then him? Yes but I never killed a mob that he stood next to and almost everytime he was still busy killing another trepor.
Thirdly I mentioned I was upset that he didn't talk to me and the first things he said were practicly insults. The fact that he didn't talk to me at first isn't the issue. The fact that if he felt I did something wrong that he could have said that in a normal way first is why I felt annoyed.
The only thing I disprove of is their challenge and claim [a comon unwritten rule that if someone else was in the pit noone else should be there ]
But we all must remember there is two sides to a story, so do not make a decision based on solely one side.
As I already said I didn't write this to get justice, but i do feel he was in the wrong. Not becuase he broke an rules although i gather several of the GMs feel I should have reported him, but becuase he started the conversation with insults and tried to get his way with force.
