But let me explain myself, it\'s not about the money, it\'s about getting the best game makers. I personally don\'t know how it works in the game developing world, but I think that money is important to developers. I also don\'t know how talanted the PS game creators are.
You are wrong. Actually, money is important for everyone

But much money != good program (!= means \"not equals\")
Look at Windows: much money, shitty program.
Linux: no money (Debian for example): excellent software.
No wonder, why viruses are ONLY very common on Windows, and not under Linux...

P.S. I don\'t know about the future, but right now if you look at screen shots and trailers of all of those games I listed they are better looking than current PS. I hope that PS will be better or same level though.
As it was said by me at least 5 time

Crystal Space will soon have a new OpenGL renderer, that will feature full-dynamic stencil shadows (like Doom 3), specular lighting, bump-mapping, shaders. Many things will be possible through shaders. This new renderer is already under development for a long time, it is just not ready. It will be in 2-3 months (the devs at CS say).
It will look way better than now.
Anyway, visual quality often depends much more on the skills of the modelers, not the engine...
