Well, technically weather was present with fading-in and all in the Molecular Blue release. It even had puddles that would form in the streets. Problem was that it also lagged 99% of the people to death, so it was rewritten at some point. So if you mean when weather with fading-in was present in the Crystal Blue releases, I'll leave that to someone else to look up
