Problems with quests after server change.

Hello.

I´ve had some problem with quests i´ve begun before the server change. The NPC´s involved in the quest doesn´t accept the objects i must give to them and i can´t start the quest again. Does anyone have the same problem?

I don´t know if making a petition could help me fix it, so if anyone can help me i´ll be so grateful.

I haven't had any problem.
Do you have any particular message in your system tab when giving the items?
If you've got reasons to think that those NPCs should accept the items (because you've already made that quest in the past or because they actually ask for it in the dialog quest for example) and there is a bug, open an entry in the bugtracker, explaining where you are stuck and what you did. Make the task private if needed, to avoid spoilers.

I´m sure the NPC should accept the item cause i´ve asked another players about it, and others quest is as easy as "go to Trasok and tell him i sent to you" but Trasok doen´t know nothing and in the message i take is "The NPC doesn´t have any quest information for you".

Should i ask a GM for reset the quests?

Oh and another question, how much time doews a petition take to be answered?

I,ve made another question 5 days ago and i haven´t any answer yet.

5 days without answer is long, indeed - at least any Game Master should have been in game in the meantime; but not all Game Masters have equal abilities, maybe your request needs one with more access rights...

You might try to ask in the FreeNode IRC channel "#planeshift-gmtalk" for support - remember to call nicknames of present GMs (status: voiced) to make a bell ring at their desks.

Yoredensano I have looked at your petition re the problems since the server has changed. I think the problem with the quests you mentioned are either
1) You haven't completed a required step before you can talk/give something to the NPC or
2) You might of lost track of where you are in the quest and you need to do something before you can talk to the NPC in question again.

you might need to check your logs to see what the last thing a NPC told you was if you didn't keep quest notes.

As for your first petition re the coming eclipse you have to be online for a GM to help you and I haven't seen you online when I have been on.

Sorry, my fault - I missed that I had to tell an NPC one more sentence before leaving.

Get used to double-check all NPCs before assuming you completed a station.

Sorry Sarva, i´ve been out for these two days.

I,ve seen you´ve closed my petition but i continue on having the same problems as before.
When the server changed i have 6 quests opened, i was able to continue with 2 of them, but not with the others.

I´ve talked in game with other characters that have completed the quests, and except one of them (Kisatol) that everybody tells me may be bugged, the others seems to be broken.

I´d like to start the quests again, that seems to be the only way i can finish them. Could it be possible?

"A Helping Hand for Kisatol" can be completed. Don't forget to tell Lori everything (that's what I missed).

Yoredensano The Helping hand quest is not broken. When I looked you hadn't completed step 22 which you need to do before you can give the box to  Kisatol. So as I said before you forgot to do something and you need to figure it out. The Helping Hand quest had been broken in the past but it works now.

I´ve finished the "a helping hand for Kisatol" quest,cause i´ve made one thing i was missing out.
