Developers joining and leaving on a per-month basis (even without further notice) does not help. PR disasters help even less. We need people who really have interest in staying for years and even becoming a leading member of the department. But they don't grow on trees. And the majority of pessimistic opinions keeps them away before they even appear.
Not our fault they aren't treated fairly in the Development team, or by the director. If developers are leaving left right and center its dam right obvious that something is wrong. Within the last year or year and a-half, Rizin, Vengeance, Xoel, Xillix, Zwentholo (I think), Keive, Xordan, Someone starting with C like Collin or something, Baldur (I think) are no longer in the dev team, all except Xillix quit. That's more than the amount of people quiting a McDonalds Restaurant in a year and a-half. Well maybe not but percentage it is definitely more. Theres something wrong, and don't go pointing it at the community, when we all know who's it is.
But onto a balancing basis, Rats should give out around 8PP then by the time the player hits level 5 they only get 1 till level 10, in that time they should be strong enough to kill a Diseased rat giving them 10 till they are level 10, from there on they get little PP like 100 XP from Rats, and 3 PP from Diseased rats, They should then be able to kill another monster for around 12 PP eventually they level to 15 that monster only gives them 5 till they reach a high level, they then should be able to kill another monster giving them 12PP But then of course they could try kill something a little more harder and get double the PP per monster that is higher than their usual monster.
So do you kinda understand what I am talking about?
