As far as I know Knowledge Seekers have never applied for a RP award house.

Along time ago a read it, I think it was on IRC, but I must be wrong.

It was never planed to totally give up on auctions.  For more RP based guilds there is the Guildhouse as RP reward program which you can read about here http://www.hydlaaplaza.com/smf/index.php?topic=36719.0

The Knowledge Seekers will surely apply again and again here, now that they know about this project at all...

A university needs a building. Then our students may even consider to take their courses more serious...

Right after Jayose fulfilled his contract about the library extension. I hope Dr. Jack will call us soon, after Rizin and Semutara no longer do the final reviews and approvals.

We applied for the OSP (Ochtarchal Society for Progress) and as a result we had a contract with jayose about the library extension. Where we review User created books for approval for the extension.

Taking part in a major RP event is one thing. Going to the GMs and asking for a GH as reward is another - this second step was obviously missing so far...

But we will do and try to convince them.

What's happening to the empty house in Ojaveda, if it's Daring Dermorians house getting re-sold what about the one opposite Jirosh warehouse area? Near Krisatol the rogue NPC. Xoel told me it was empty.

No there's three houses I think one of them is Call of Destiny and the other one is some inactive old guild "Jumping something" and the third house is an empty house.

Jumping Groffels is not an inactive guild and the only empty house in Oja is the one being auctioned, the old Daring Dermorians house.

Then why is it when you click on the door it pops up with the enter option thing? Not The Jumping Groffels's or Call of Destiny's house the other house there.

And I have only seen 1 member of The Jumping Groffels since I've started. But maybe they have came back I don't know.

I don't know if it's an actual house but it was a house in Ojaveda that didn't get sold I think in one of the previous auctions, according to Xoel.

The Daring Dermorians' house should be the one close to Toda Ombretis.

I believe the one of Jumping Groffels and possibly another is near Kisatol, and there is another shared one (half of House Cheshire) between Jirosh's warehouses.

BoT/HCs have a house, Dark Warmongers, Jumping Groffels and CoD are the houses in Ojaveda, and the 2 empty houses one use to be Daring Dermorians and the other was one that never got sold (that I heard from Xoel about)
