Chuck Norris was contacted some years ago in tell by a GM, who said he was acting OOC and he had to use brackets. So Mr. Norris used brackets on the GM.
 The poor guy is still up on the wall.

One day Chuck Norris went in-game to roleplay. That's how the settings were created.
