Thank you for posting your report. It seems that you have indeed a proper OpenGL driver installed. Now there are only two reasons left I could imagine:
a) The driver doesn't support an OpenGL extension already pslaunch prefers to use, but the configuration (data\config\r3dopengl.cfg) is not set up matching the features (maybe because data\config\gldrivers.xml has no matching rule) ... that's an issue someone with experience in the CrystalSpace engine should check. But I wonder ... a Core i3 with intel HD is no unusual hardware anymore. Anyone else should have had the same issue if it was this reason.
b) Your installation is missing some graphic files for the launcher. To check this case, you may need to have your installation checked if pslaunch.exe already throws error messages when started from a console (cmd.exe). A repair call may be useful, but only after the content of the file updateservers.xml got updated to Sajut's update server. It might help to make an appointment to support you via IRC, maybe even TeamViewer. Explaining someone how to use a command line interpreter window is not a suitable task for a forum...
