Hi,

This is might the wrong thread but it just a small problem.

I created a character (Michel) and and gave him abilitys and all those stuff but when i want to upload my character the upload button dont works.

Help me please its my first day in the beta and the day should not end in that way.

So thanks for the hel i might get.

I heard people saying that they change there ip from a txt to a number how do you do that?

Right... okay I read through here.. Says to report this if i get the error.... SERVER HAS GONE LINKDEAD... BUT its not your server apparently Considering i get all the way into the game and then MY ISP kicks me off Line.. Yes i am a 56k user... If its MSN that just so happens as to be the problem.. Let me know ill be glad to cancel their services.

Hmmm this forum is really nice many Guys with good tips !!
So I tryied some because I had also the linkdead msg, so I put in the IP-Adress instead of the name.
But then this comes :


THE SERVER IS NOT RUNNING OR IS NOT REACHABLE.
PLEASE CHECK THE WEBSITE OR THE FORUMS FOR MORE INFO.

So I tried this forum :)
It was 21:01 in germany when I tried to logg in, perhaps you close the server or so...
I dont know much about those things...
Please help me :/ !!!

Griever, check planeshift.fragnetics.com :) There you can see if the server is online or not.

hmm the server is online but its the same problem like before :/

Its workig I only had to write thename of the serr instead of he IP !!
Wohooo I am so happ my girlfriend will soon join too.
but I dont imagine that th gam is so... hmmm i dont know how it is calld in english...that it is so unfinished :/
Perhaps you know wat I mean...

at first i got the link dead thing then i got passed that with the 203.81.47.74 ip address.

Now i have a new problem involving the database, can anyone tell me how to check if i\'m behind a firewall and if so how to deactivate it.

i\'m using windows XP
