My question is how do we get artwork drawn by players on the drawing map paper thats in the game?  Then sell the artwork......or trade for items we want with other players.....

You may try to draw with e.g. Inkscape (only simple objects like lines, curves, text), then convert the SVG to a PS map XML, and finally load this into an in-game map.

If you have a black and white image, check this out: http://www.hydlaaplaza.com/smf/index.php?topic=41666.0. You don't need to mess with silly lines and stuff but can just draw your painting one to one on the map.

Remembered that I had these after seeing someone else's thread. These are some quick sketches I made of the gods a long time ago.
