Well the new site is up, but a few details are still being tweaked.

Those wanting to join the CV, remember we are an elven only guild and there is a board for those wanting to join.

Current members don\'t forget to update your url as the old site will no longer be updated.

Also we are currently working on an unofficial elven history as a detailed history of both the Nolthrir and Dermorian races doesn\'t exist.

That would be a Talad-send. It\'s hard to start a character histoy when you don\'t know the specifics of your own race- are the elves in planeshift as imortal as LOTR elves? Or merely long lived like dnd elves? Or is aging just ignored in PS? Curious elves want to know!

That\'s exactly what motivated us to start it.  So little is known about the Elves and where they came from.

Although as far as age goes that would be something the devs should decide on themselves as being elves ourselves we may tend to be a little...unfair.  :]

Well it has been a while since I posted anything in this thread.  We are still here but there is nothing really worthy of public announcement just yet.

As far as news is concerned:  Until I speak with Princess Aelya directly I am breaking the alliance we hold with the Dark Empire.

I am also removing the Cabal from the enemies list.

As some of you may have noticed the CV site has been down.  The host seems to have \"disappeared.\"  Shadow is currently busy with school so we\'ll have the site back up as soon as a new free host is found and time permits.

Wow, great site! It is very well-planned and easy-to-use. :P The colors seem to blend nicely too. I guess it was worth the wait.

Btw, you guys don\'t seem to be growing all that much, or are you not recruiting atm? It has been the same few members for as long as I can remember now. Then again, you may like it like that, but it just seemed odd to me how no newer guild-less person wants to join. :-/

Well, this must be a slow time for guilds anyways. Seems all guilds are like this now. I suppose it will pick up with the release of CB. However, ya can\'t go buck-wild with them. :P

Yea the new site is a lot more organized than the last few.  The site is also a lot easier for me to edit which is a bug plus. It\'s a huge hassle having to go and change things on every single page of the site, but not anymore thanks to PHP.

It has been the same few of us since the guild started. We had a couple more members but they left us, but I really don\'t mind it. It\'s kinda nicer with a small guild were you actually get to know the members.

We couldn\'t have come back at a better time, I think. Once CB is out a lot more people will be coming to Planeshift and their will be a lot more things for guilds to do. Also with the elven races becoming playable our guild may get more attention from elven players.
