actually, i got those wallpapers from a homepage of the guy who drew them (i think, not sure actually)
...ATM i\'m at work behind two other (yes, also Linux) PCs, so i don\'t have the link here, i\'ll post it when i get back home :3
...and i don\'t feel like making screenshots on these two machines, so you won\'t see how they look like

oh, yea, and that was around 6 years ago now ...
KDE was
version 1 (latest now is 3.2.1 and on those screenies), and
blackbox was still alive (now there\'s other *box forks ...like
fluxbox)

oh, and don\'t need to run any wierd apps that clog up the resources (like windowblinds) to make it look so sweet ...most window managers and desktops on Linux have been fully themable from the start :]
