The skill of the blacksmith/weaver/other profession would also affect the quality of the item to a large extent. So will the material. While items may be customized due to quality, there may be items that simply appear differently or are unique. Such as inventions of items.

Also, guilds using the concept of \'Mass Production\' might end up creating large quantities of mediocre items, and yet reap in large amounts of cash. Why? Better quality items made by individuals might be rare, and bought quickly, and there must be something on the market. Of course, guild-made items could have both the guild sigil and the initials of the creator, as said before. I think.

Should there be generic items, or just customized items? If the latter, then does that mean there will be a limited economy?

If they use the same material, create the same item, have the same luck, and have the same skill, yes. And if nobody sabotages the effort, but that\'s unlikely, unless you\'re one hated creature or you\'re creating inside the Stone Labryniths. That\'s only if they create the exact same thing, not including personal signs.

well.... i believe that items wont be totally custom since everything that can be made, will also need written code. so you can only make items up to what the devs will allow us to create.

Yes, that is true. You will still be limited to what the game will allow to be made.  We can add new \'things\' as we go along to let people make.

Would it be possible that the higher lvl of a blacksmith could make weapons with better stats (not better quality)?
What I have in mind is that:

Lvl10 blacksmith can do a simple flaming katana ;] to do it he have to spend 15 minutes. And this sword would have normal stats, like generic flaming katana from NPCs

Now lvl 20 blacksmith can do a better flaming katana. This catana could have +1 fire damage, or +2% fire resist. It would take more time to make this item, and maybe some special items like crystals or something. He still can do normal flaming katana though...

But there should be some kind of skill tree with it.
The blacksmith would have to specialise to make +1 fire dmg katana, to make +2 fire dmg katana he would not only have lvl30 in blascksmithing, but also lvl2 specialization in making +fire dmg mods on flaming katanas.

That would make  blacksmith job more interesting. And You could be that ONLY blacksmith in the country that can make +10% fire resist katana :D

Question for Acraig:  Will there be \"badges\" or text for items?
If so:
Would badges be \"off server\"?
Would they be checked for being \"inappropriate\"?
