About stat points

I got a question for planeshift team.
Why some races, like Ynnwns, got 40 stat points in the character creation and other races, like Krans, got only 20?
And, will the Ynnwns up more exp than Krans each lvl or it\'s just a char creation difference?

Well, for the moment they stat points don\'t play any role... they are placeholders and you cannot fight anyway. In the next release you have to create an entirely new character anyhoo, so don\'t sweat it. I actually never noticed this myself >.>

even though you make a new looking char you will still keep your xtals : ) , the stat points will actually have some value in CB, which i guess will be out at the end of the month.

As to why the points are differnt, keep in mind that Krans have a pile of advantages, body armor and magic resistance. Not sure if that completley balances out, but the devs kinda threw MB together... there will be a bit more in CB.
Oh, and incase you didn\'t read anywhere\'s else there won\'t be levels, each skill will increase by use. Infact, they make it sound like the starting stats are just there to give you a starting point, everything can change.
