
There is a story among the Childeren of the Ta\'Doull who was once two lovers. It is said that a Fairie Princess had fallen in love with a Goblin and in turn the Goblin had as well worshiped the little beauty who glowed so bright. Though once the King of the Fairies learned of this forbidden monstrosity, he had ordered his daughter to never see the creature again. But their love was beyond comprehension of any and they continued to meet deep in the woods. One sunny afternoon, in a grove far from the borders of the Fairie Kingdom, they had met. As well as the King of the Fairies who had followed his Daughter. He made his presence before the two lovers, and cursed his Daughter as well as the Goblin. For if they must continue this love, he would comply with their desires. The King mustered a magic never before used, his hatered twisted with malicious intentions and engulfed the two lovers in brilliant mystical light. Merged the two had, for she who was one with nature and it who was against. Thus the Ta\'Doull became...
The Ta\'Doull eye\'s are strickly made for the night, from which they do most of their roaming around. As for the Day they are blinded from the sun/s. They also possess a Gland which excretes a sticky substance that they use to attach dirt and rock to camo themselves from preditors of the Day light. Though plants tend to grow on them as well, they do not seem to mind. As any who pass a Ta\'Doull will only see their back from which is the same as their surroundings. Carpenters are known to use this sticky substance as well as Publishers of writings from the Gland. Their eye\'s are favored among the alchemists to create potions of night vision. As for their meat, a true tasty creature they be, which cook\'s favor most of all.
They are strong to children and wouldn\'t mind feeding upon them, every child knows not to step on little mounds due to this. As for the moderatly aged, they roam in search of these creatures in hopes to sell on the market.

-edit- oh, the leg looks like it was reversed as the lower leg (top portion) should be overlapping the upper leg segment. It was intentional as I figured with such a body size and the weight of stone it would need a modified joint to place the lower part of leg more directly under it\'s groin (center of gravity). Allowing it to leap somewhat for it\'s victims. (drove a forklift alot at work...they can do some tight dounuts >=)
