Most of us are experienced RPG and MMORPG players. I am sure we will do well.:)

Oh and we only need 3 more members to become official!:)

We still need to update our site to show that though....

I\'m glad to hear that you have some experience; some of the guilds that I have seen started in the past have scared me a bit.  8)

I mean that they seem that they will never last, and it is a waste of forum space to have their threads.

Still, I shouldn\'t judge them before I get to know them.   :P

/me slaps himself for being so un-Mirthful.  :D

I am not scared of guilds that think they can \"pwn\" anyone, because they really have no reason to attack Mirth or those we help.  And there is not really any guild that could defeat any other, especially when there are no guild wars yet.  :)

Read the above.  :)

It sort of implies that I think you\'re doing better than some other guilds that I\'ve seen around here.   8)

Stop with the \"official\" thing already. And Cybio, keep your fingers to yourself, Depth is a great guy.

History
900 years before this present day, a major, friendly held stronghold was the last foothold in a foreign land. The entire Knights Templar was stationed to protect that city, the city fell in a 3 day siege against 500,000 enemy soldiers and 500 machines of war. At this point, when the army was doomed to fail at this stronghold, the Knights Templar ordered their last-resort plan, they escaped through a tunnel running 2000 feet under the city and to a major seaport. The Knights Templar were ordered through the tunnel, only the Knights Templar could use this.
Although the allies of the Knights Templar fought valiantly, they were all either killed or captured. They were all killed? except for the Knights Templar, they were just able to avoid the massacre and escaped safely to a seaport which escorted them safely back their homeland.
We are the surviving Knights Templar, avoiding certain, and immediate eradication 900 years ago. We have grown since then.

Do you mean 2000 feet below the city or 2000 feet along the city (but only a few feet under it, for example). Because in that case you\'d end up outside Yliakum :/

Besides, there isn\'t such a thing as a \"foreign land\" in Yliakum. You might want to say that you were trying to hold onto the fifth level, but that\'s just bleh. And don\'t forget that the only seaports are on the sixth level. And they don\'t lead to any different lands. Just the far side of the sixth level if anything.

Then again perhaps all this happened in another stalagtite, in which case you could bypass the whole seaport thing and say that the tunnel lead into the Stone Labyrinths, which then lead you to Yliakum.

I think you should probably try and reconsider your history a bit. RL geography doesn\'t work too well in PS. Also, I am not fully certain that Yliakum is large enough to hold all these huge armies...

I don\'t mean to b*tch, but a guild with an irrelevant history is nearly as bad as a guild based on Metallica :P

Oh and we like our history how it is, but ur idea about having the tunnel lead to Yliakum is also a clever idea. Thanks for your comments.

As I see Karakth already started to argue with you :)
I\'ll continue.
I may be semi-blind, or have some reading problems(this happans realy often to me), but this story dosnt realy explain how the Knights Templar started. It only tells about a short period of the existence of your guild.  From what i understood teh Knights Templar already exsisted before these events happand. So this dosent explain one of the most important parts of the guild history - the creation.
I would be happy to hear more :)
A new day, a new failure!

The Knights Templar were formed to protect pilgrims and the likes. That was thier main job. After they became more experienced thier task was also to root out evil.

As you already know the Knights Templar are actually \"real\" in life...well most of them are dead im guessing, but thier descendants live on. Not all of our story is real though, we have added alot of our own history to it. We liked the history if the Knights Templar.

At the begining of our history it says that they escaped from an underground tunnel.... and that non-knights templar were not allowed through. That is a historical fact too. None else was told about this tunnel except for the Knight Templar so they couldnt have used it anyway.

If you have any more questions leme know and ill answer them as best as i can.:)
