This might be good. You want to promote happyness? In which way? Can one ask for what he wishes to achieve happiness?
"Courage in the face of evil." That might come in handy. Though I don't think Yliakum's denizens have much to worry from "evil." Those who go around announcing to the world they are "evil," are usually simple pranksters.
I like the anti-war alliance thing... However... How do you define "Light and Neutral?" For instance, the Dark Empire can't be light, as it's name indicates. Still, we haven't caused any wars, and neither does anyone have proof of any malicious actions on our part. Would we be able to join?
I think you need plenty more work on this one. Plus, you'll need to forget alignments (good, evil, lawful, light, chaos, blah, blah), as PS does not support them and they only serve to complicate things. I would put it in this way "We are looking for guilds which would be proud of aiding each other, abhore wars and detest the injuries some denizens have been suffering." That works alot better than saying "I look for good, neutral guilds."
