The Cabal - A Jerks' Guild. A guild for people who want to be and act

Thanks for hating us Tranor pal(my head aint swollen or anything. I\'m just playing my part to get as many enemies as possilble). Your guild sounded like such a nice guy robin hood type guild that I just had to be enemies with you.  Dont worry dude i\'ll do my best to give your and the other guilds a run for their money. Relax man It\'s just a game. If I am killed ,I am killed, no hard feelings. I will try my best to roleplay the jerk I seem to be and so will our members.

However there seem to be doubts about the modus operandi of the CABAL so here goes-

1. The first post was kind of an advertisement. Generally acting like jerks is what guild noobs whom we will refer to as CABALI will do. The members of Lesser Councils will regulate their activities and in turn be regulated by the \"Fiends\" of the Greater Council when needed.

2.Besides the public face of a jerk guild, we will have a secret society consisting of-  the Greater council of the super evil jerks a.k.a Fiends and The Council of the Cabal Core of the evil incarnates a.k.a (some cool name to be thought of later) who will plot downfall of society as a whole and the guilds on a piecemeal basis. That is the greater agenda. These guys will be coordinating the activities of sleepers, Cabal Assasins, Cabal Rogues and Cabal DreadKnights.

3. Informatrion about Elder members is and always will be strictly confidential. Jerks from Lower councils will get promoted after their mean acts seem sufficiently evil to their seniors. Until in the Greater Council, Jerks are free to join whatever other guild  they want. Fiends and above will be expected to join other guilds for the sole purpose of bringing about their downfall.

4. The rule differs for any guilds allied with us (alignment is not an issue). Their identity will also be closely guarded. All members are free to join and pursue careers with them.  But The Council of the Cabal Core will not be allowed the risk. As is evident there are too many guilds going for their throats for this to be otherwise.


So I dare anyone of you Luser Guilds to find out any of their ID\'s. If you dont know them , you dont slay them. What makes you think that there are no sleepers in place already in some guilds?  


Anyhow Thanx for hating us again. I\'d again like to urge  all you evil jerk wannabes to join up as soon as you can. Thing\'ll be difficult after CB and we need jerks to swell our ranks.

 
Thanks for the warning moggs but Thegeneral seems to be the ideal jerk. So I hereby proffer upon him the title of CABALI. Dont worry about anything. Being a mainly sleepers society gives members the choice to be inactive for long periods of time and not get nagged to do luserly activities like the other guilds want you to. Just suit yourself and act like a jerk from time to time:).

You will just need to mail me at my email  id. With details about your in-game charachter. The ID you mail from will get notices and memos about intended CABAL meetings and activities.

YAY, I always dreamed of being excepted into stuff, that\'s how I got my first credit card, the banks said that I am now a part of their \"family\", and being a part of that I should give them a part of my money so that they could get more \"family.\" Banks are just a massive pyramid scam, that\'s all.

BTW- All cabali can use the JERKMODE which transfers the consequences of their actions to the guild(unless otherwise declared by The Council members of The Cabal Core).

JERKMODE usage is simple.
Just type-

(JERKMODE ON)

proceed with insults or whatever;).

(JERKMODE OFF)

and you go scottfree while the Guild gains new enemies.
A list of people with authorised JERKMODEs will Be published by the council later.

General you should send me that mail unless you have done so already to recieve all the other JERK PERKs( Doesnt that sound cool ).  THE HEAD JERK is great i\'ll use that for the elders of the Lesser Council. I and all my brethren in the core council shall hereby be known as Corruptors.

All the Cabali are hereby ordered to take it easy on Moogie. I intend to induct her into the guild. That make it easier for you my brethren to get lots of FL chicks when we crush them.

I don\'t hate you, or your guild. Scroll up, I wished you the best of luck and I am sincere in it. I believe that our little worlds needs villains as well as heroes, and your  cabal might promote a bit of chaos, which above all makes the game interesting. I believe that your petty thieves will fall at the hands of the Defenders should you try to assail n00bs, and your high rank infiltrators slain by the Assassins, and every other guild that cares to notice you would probably be only too happy to take a swipe at you at every chance.

Notoriety is as good as fame.

Felines Lair considers no one as enemy yet, and I\'m sorry but you will have to try a lot harder to obtain that status. At the moment you aren\'t even a nuisance, more a passing amusement. Do your worst, I look forward to seeing the results, one way or another.

So finally I think Ayshe has been able to hit the nail on the head. That is what I want to do people. Give you some challenges. Maybe a little fear and tendency to look over shoulder from time to time. So dont give up on us immediately if we do seem a little inactive. Thats how things are meant to be. Spies among your midst. Hooligans on the rampage. Covert guild wars. That is what makes RPGs great. There must always be a hidden sense of danger and the possibility of a greater mind directing evil minions. These are things that NPCs and NPC monsters cant provide. Imagine a world where everyone is  a paladin, priest or a trader. What fun would that be? You can do that in real life.

- Who would test your warriors\' mettle if not our Dreadknights

- Who would your elite assasins slay if not our Leeches, Fiends and Corruptors.

- Whom would your Archdruids and BattleMages fight if not with our DeathMages and HellShamans.

- Whom would you fear and despise  if not us.


So for the sake of all that goes into the making of a succesful MMORPG I hope the Devs give up their wierd idea of a world free of crime and strife. That would be like creating a world born into death. Become a hermit if you are looking for peace. Play an RPG for the adventure and thrill of a rise to glory from being a nobody.

Therefore I again call the people who are willing to join The Cabal. Together My Brethren we will make the community\'s  life a bit more difficult and a bit more challenging. Go through the thread for info about us and mail me if you think you have it in you to make a archvillian (or maybe even a crappy jerk;))

I hope you understand that i have to see you as enemy in roleplaying terms
But killing newbies won\'t be as easy as you think...
I mean how do you see it? Some jerk-rogue goes after newb and asks him: \"can i duel you?\"
i think this thing isn\'t good for roleplaying at all... i think there should be something like 1 attack on player per day, and even if you kill him you won\'t get his weapons, and you won\'t train your skills much by doing so. There should be more stuff like that so only roleplayers (and jerks ) would do that. Oh and Defenders would have something to do too

hm... is neutral-evil fitting this guild? For me someone that is neutral-evil is someone that, for example, will kill people for money. Someone that is just EVIL could do same for free

And good point Draklar. I mean why are the devs hellbent on neutering the game. Its really no big deal if someone is  killed. They can rejoin ,respawn whatever. And If you cant steal stuff whats the fun in being evil. Hell I dont even know whats the point in owning cool stuff except impressing Nubs and Chicks. I mean stealing, pickpocketing, assasinating, are like the first semester of Evilology. What the hell are the bad guys supposed to do?  I just hope the devs change their minds before Yliakum is full of saints and the only people left for the good guilds to kill are each others members.

As to the alignment question I can safely say we\'ll have jobs for all evil alignments- Lawful, Neutral and Chaotic.(we might even have some for good and neutral charachters except chaotic good). So the guild alignment should ideally be plain EVIL. but since we have to define it ,the best bet is the middle path.

Well not really... besides that getting killed isn\'t nice feeling, in PS you also will be moved to some afterlife world...
But if by getting killed by other player you wouldn\'t lose your stuff and would lose less exp then maybe it would work out...
