About this recent pic, it seems ok at first glance. The more I study it, some things reveal themselves:
the sword: decent style, but if it\'s dragging behind her, the blade should be longer, or the sword should be tilted down a bit to match the angle of the ground plane. It looks like it\'s floating, or she\'s got some tremendous forearm strength.

(the fingers looked stetched/extended a bit, as if it\'s heavy for her)
the outfit: again, decent style, but how about doing some actual armor? Maybe some chain or scale mail. I know those armor types can take insane amounts of time to get right, but I think they\'re worth it in the end. The armor doesn\'t have to cover the whole figure. Maybe add other things, like pouches or a cloak.
the hands: it seems to me that the hands/fingers are a little too thick. A bit more slender would help convey femininity.
the head: looks like it\'s coming along well. I particularly like the face, and its expression. Maybe for the hair you could do a ponytail with some stray strands hanging in front. Possibly a triple ponytail? (Not horizontal, but vertical.) Typical \"flyaway hair\" would also look nice here.
the pose: full of attitude.

Standing almost nonchalantly, saying, \"Just bring it.\" Good work.
How\'s that for a critique?
