Where is Kada-El?

Sadly no longer with us. (She was actually a player that left Planeshift quite a while ago.)

I know she was a player, but that doesnt give a IC reason for her not being ingame. :P

is it safe to asume the chemical make up of things in ps is simular to those in real life?
would it be ooc to rp your charicter useing the lightning glyph to break chemical bonds?
how are we presenting alchemy in ps, the more real, peddleing with chemicals and accedental discoverys, or the mistical, magic potion and metals kind of alchemy?

can you type up a little more detailed discription of abilitys in Lah'ar and the other magic schools?
and are these schools simply combenations of magic ways, or modifications on how a person manipulates mana?

all i can think of right now, ill come back when my mind is not so blank. ^^

Certain manifestations of Laanx are able to tap the energy of the crystal directly, but this method is not possible to humans because they will be destroyed in the process.

Does this mean Laanx has made appearances like Talad as different races and such?

@ mufler:

Search for pictures of the levels again! The azure crystal is connected to the surface above the cave, light shines through the crystal into the stalagtite.

Some outdated information (IMHO, Yliakum is not a "city", but the whole "world" inside the stalagtite):

http://www.planeshift.it/guide/en/setting-overview.html

Unfortunately, it does not contain the coarse cut through the whole cave I once saw somewhere.

The realm is like one of those kiddie ring pyramids stacked upside down with the base and pole removed. Each level is a different ring.

I'd like to know just how catlike are Enkis? Do they have paws or hands? (more so how enkis think of them than how they actually are) Do they have kits, cubs, babies, or ect. Do they primarily have single births or a litter? Can they purr? Is it common for Enkis to lick each other like cats do?

Just curious...  :) but that's all. :-X

Some of this I can answer myself:
They have hands. Paws are those things with pads (what I have in my sig). It's what quadruped animals have. Generally if it's not a foot, it cannot be a paw. According to common sense, and the settings page: "They have small, slitted eyes, their limbs are long and lean and taper into clawed hands and feet.", Enkidukai also have hands ;)
Yes, they do purr. In fact, purring found its way into their language.

Well, not quite from the settings, but from the roleplays and the development of the Enkidukai language "Enkien"

Do they have paws or hands? (more so how enkis think of them than how they actually are) - The 3D models have distinct fingers on the hands, but the feet look quite peculiar.

Do they have kits, cubs, babies, or ect. Do they primarily have single births or a litter? - In roleplays they often have more than one, like 2-4.

Can they purr? - According to the Enkien vocabulary -- definitely!

Is it common for Enkis to lick each other like cats do? -- Leroner does. Royals won't. May depend on the standard of living and the raising...

Hah, that explains the Enkidukai overpopulation. In role-play consider Enkidukai have human-like bodies and style of living. They don't need nor would be able to support litters :P

Enkidukai have hands but refer to them as paws.
A baby enkidukai is called a cub.
I believe they do purr but am not sure.
There is nothing in settings that says they lick each other. I think that's going just a bit too far myself, especially considering the connotations the word "lick" has.
Information on gestation will be coming in game soon, where the topic of multiple births for enkidukai is covered.
