This doesn't have to get so personal, Neko. I'm barely the cause of this problem. And since when did you tolerate the opinions of others? Don't get angry because I hate Naruto... But that's completely off topic. Just get back to the previous discussion and forget I was here.

He wasn't refering to Naruto or your opinion of it. I highly doubt he is sitting there upset because you don't like something he does. That would be really silly and almost .... well teen like.

Hello, thanks for the many responses on this thread, and I'm sorry I've been inactive (I have real life, you know).  After reading over some of the comments, it's apparent that I don't think we're being nice enough here people, and uhh we all need to work harder.  Why all the comments about individuals?  There's no reason to attack someone's person, if you have a comment to make then say it about the content of the post instead of the person writing it.  An example:

Wrong.  No one likes to be on the defensive, and no one likes to be attacked in public either.  If you need to get personal with someone, then get your own room or use PM.  So we all know one thing we can do to be nicer, but don't let that stop you from finding other ways, everyone!

We love Planeshift. There are some that make this game their lives. Planeshift is what we all have in common. Whether you no longer play anymore or not many people still visit our forums. There is no question that the people are passionate about the game and it community. What we need to do is try to get along here and in game. The arguing that goes on sometimes between people seems to be quite hurtful. This one does not like that one for some reason or this one just wants to be mean for no reason other then to just be mean.

When I first started to read the forums I looked mainly at the stories. Reading them showed me the passion and genuine love people had for the game. Remember others look at our forums to see if Planeshift might be a game they want to play. I wish that swear words not be used. I wish that the personal vendettas not be brought out in public for all to see.

I want to again remind everybody there is a person behind the keyboard and respect is due each and every one of us. Each person contributes something to this game and without him or her there would be no game. Therefore the deliberate nasty and horrible behavior is totally uncalled for. 

My feelings are that we are so lucky to have this game that brings all of us from around the world together we should try harder to make it the best situation for all. Please continue to be passionate about our game and its community; just do it with a smile so no one is hurt.

On a personal note: I lost a dear friend due to a misunderstanding a good while ago. Always keep in mind that what we say is important and it should be said with grace, kindness and compassion for all concerned. Hopefully this is a lesson learned and we can try to get along better.
